Assess whether there is an undiagnosed mental health condition (such as ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, etc.) that underpins the addiction.
Recognize common triggers, which may include inadequate coping mechanisms, feelings of boredom/isolation, and emotions like guilt or shame.
Identify signs of escalation in the behavior.
Establish realistic boundaries regarding sexual interactions.
Foster a healthy sense of sexual self-expression and overall self-identity.

Nuptuall acknowledges that relationships come in various forms beyond just romantic connections. One prevalent type that can often be challenging to manage is the dynamic between parents and their adult children. Clients are encouraged to examine ways to enhance this relationship, either independently or in collaboration with their parent (s). All participants must be 18 or older.

Participate in a 15 session SAMHSA and U.S. Courts approved Anger Management Treatment. Clients will learn the difference between Anger, Aggression and Hostility. How to identify triggers and ways to de-escalate.
